Welcome to the IETI Marikina Online Portal (“Portal”), operated by IETI Marikina College of Science & Technology, Inc. (“IETI Marikina”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 34 Lark Street, Brgy. Sta. Elena, Marikina City. By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal provides authorized students, teachers, registrars, and administrators with access to academic and administrative services such as enrollment information, class schedules, grades, curriculum records, and related school operations tools.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• Only accounts created or provisioned by IETI Marikina may be used to sign in.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify the school immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use;
• Upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the Portal, or bypass security controls;
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false academic or personal information;
• Use the Portal for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes;
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute Portal content without permission, except for your own personal academic use.

4. Academic information

Grades, enrollment status, schedules, and related records shown in the Portal are for official school use. If you believe information is incorrect, contact the Registrar or the appropriate office for correction. The Portal does not replace official documents issued by the school unless expressly stated.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

6. Intellectual property

The Portal’s design, software, logos, and content belong to IETI Marikina or its licensors. You may not use school marks or materials outside authorized school purposes without written consent.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke Portal access if you violate these Terms, leave the institution, or if access is no longer appropriate for your role. Account access may also end when your enrollment or employment with IETI Marikina ends, subject to school policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for institutional academic use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IETI Marikina disclaims warranties not expressly stated here.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page was revised.
